  5. Por último una vez descansada la masa realizar unos cortes con cuchilla bien afilada o un cúter. Los cortes deben ser suaves y presisos para evitar bajar la masa.
  6. Llevar a horno precalentado. Recomendación poner una asadera con agua abajo para generar vapor y darle esponjosidad. La cocción es de 30 min aprox.
