  2. En una olla de fondo grueso verter 80 ml de aceite de oliva y freir el pimiento en fuego suave hasta que se doren los bordes, sacarlo del aceite y reservar. En el mismo aceite freir los dados de pollo hasta que hagan cara (ir friendo lado por lado)
  3. Agregar las zanahorias y los guisantes y revolver. Dejar cocer 10 minutos y agregar el arroz, mover un poco hasta distribuir el arroz y cuando empiece a pegarse agregar el caldo
  4. Distribuir los cubos de calabaza y los pimientos en toda la superficie, probar el caldo y corregir la sal. Dejar hervir hasta que el agua llegue al nivel del arroz, en ese momento tapar y reducir el fuego al mínimo posible. Esperar hasta que el arroz este a punto y haya absorbido toda el agua, si hace falta agregar una poca mas hasta que el arroz este listo
  5. Servir acompañado de ensalada fresca y plátanos fritos.
