  2. Mientras de cocinan las papas junto con el zapallo preparar las albóndigas en un bols.colocar la carne picada.el pan rallado.los huevos y la provenzal.salar a gusto.y mezclar todo bien hasta lograr una pasta.
  3. Preparar las albóndigas del tamaño que gusten y ponerlas a sellar en una sartén con aceite hasta que queden selladas completamente.
  4. En una pequeña cacerola agregar aceite yo prefiero de oliva junto con el ajo deshidratado hasta lograr que quede dorado pero sin quemarlo..agregar los tomates ya procesados.salar..un poco de orégano y ají molido a gusto.cocinar a fuego mínimo
  5. Agregar a la salsa las albóndigas selladas y terminar de cocinarlas junto con la salsa.
  6. Preparar el puré con aceite.sal.nuez mozcada.agregar si gustan para que quede más cremoso un poco de manteca..
