  1. Comprar todas las verduras e ingredientes que nos hagan falta
  2. Pelar y cortar las verduras que vayamos a necesitar
  3. Cortamos con las diferentes formas que le queramos dar a las verduras
  4. Mientras cortamos las verduras, empezamos a hacer los purés (remolacha,boniato...) Rehogar cebolla
  5. Añadir remolacha y cubrir con agua. Cocer unos 20min
  6. Seguimos cortando las verduras
  7. Seguidamente pondremos agua en una olla y cuando hierva, empezaremos a escaldar todas las verduras, por separado. Cuando estén al punto deseado, meter directamente al agua con hielo.

  21. Terminar el puré de guisantes que hemos realizado paralelamente al escaldado de las verduras
  22. En una sartén pondremos las lonchas de jamón serrano y un chorrito de aceite de oliva para rehogar algunas de las verduras y así darles un poco más de sabor

  25. Una vez tengamos todo listo, nos disponemos a emplatar
