- Para hacer la sémola ponemos a hervir el agua, yo pongo la misma cantidad de agua que de sémola con un poco de sal
- Pongo en una sartén margarina y cuando esta deshecha le añado la sémola, le pongo sal.
- Rehogo la sémola con la margarina y le echó el agua hirviendo, lo aparto del fuego y lo tapo con un teapo
- Cuando llega el momento de comer, hay personas que sacan por una lado la sémola, por otro las verduras, caldo y carne y la cebolla con las pasa en otra fuente.
- Para servir yo lo pongo en un plato hondo la sémola y el caldo, verdura, carne y garbanzos
- O así con la cebolla y las pasas, más caldoso o menos y si quieres con salsa picante tipo( Tabasco) es un plato que admite muchas combinaciones
