  3. 2 patatas medianas
  4. 1 zanahoria

  1. Lo primero que haremos será preparar todas las verduras para la crema. Cortamos la cebolla a trozos, la zanahoria, el puerro y las patatas. Lo más complicado ahora el trocear la calabaza y limpiarla, la quitamos la piel del exterior, y del interior las semillas. Y la troceamos a trozos. En una cacerola mediana, añadimos el aceite de oliva. Cuándo esté caliente el aceite introducimos las verduras y la calabaza en trozos. Las rehogamos durante 10 minutos añadiendo la sal y moviendo de vez en cuan
  2. Una vez rehogadas las verduras, añadimos el agua hasta la mitad. Que queden cubiertas las verduras, tapamos y dejamos a fuego medio alto hasta que estén cocidas. Rectificamos de sal si hace falta y condimentamos con pimienta negra molida y la pastilla de Avecrem. Y que siga cociendo. Finalizado el tiempo de cocción, retiramos del fuego y batimos con la batidora de mano.
  3. Si lo deseas puedes pasarlo por el chino para que quede más fina. Freímos en una sartén los picatostes de pan, y los reservamos. Servimos la crema en un plato, y decoramos con perejil y los picatostes de pan tostado, igual que en la foto.
