- Pasados los 5 minutos añadimos los Tomates rallados y lo dejamos todo 10 minutos
- Ahora añadimos las zanahorias y el nabo, cubrimos todo con agua, cuando el agua comience a hervir encima de la olla ponemos la cazuela al vapor con el cous cous y lo dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo 35 minutos.
- Mientras en una olla pequeña vamos a poner al fuego las pasas con agua caliente y cuando esté hirviendo el agua le añadimos una cucharita de canela, las dejamos hasta que absorba todo el agua y reservamos.
- Pasados los 35 minutos cogemos la cazuela del vapor le añadimos un poco de sal al cous cous y echamos los demás ingredientes en nuestra olla, los cubrimos con agua y volvemos a poner el cous cous al vapor esta vez 15 min
- Pasados 15 min sacamos el cous cous y lo ponemos al vapor por última vez 10 minutos
- Pasados los 10 minutos le ponemos al cous cous una cuchara grande de mantequilla y lo mezclamos bien
- Ponemos todos los ingredientes encima del cous cous y el caldo repartiéndolo bien por todo y listo ya estaría!
