- 300 g calabaza cocida
- 4 quesitos en porciones

- Quitamos la piel y las semillas de la calabaza, quitamos el papel a los quesitos en porciones y pasamos la calabaza y los quesitos por el pasapurés (si no tenéis pasapurés se puede hacer una especie de puré con el queso y la calabaza con la ayuda de un tenedor).
- Añadimos los huevos y sal al gusto a nuestro puré de calabaza y queso, le vamos agregando pan rallado hasta que quede una textura de bechamel para hacer croquetas.
- Aceitamos con aceite unos moldes de osito de silicona (o de la forma que gustéis) y horneamos a 160º a partir de horno frío unos 45 minutos o hasta que la calabaza se cuaje.
- Dejamos templarse y desmoldamos.
- Antes de servir untamos las rebanadas de pan tostado con el foie-gras y la sobrasada (hay que hacerlo antes de servir para que el pan no se ponga tierno).
- Colocamos dos rebanadas de cada y dos ositos en cada plato.
- Si os sobran ositos, se pueden congelar para otro día.
