  4. En un bol, ponemos la carne picada, la soja, la pimienta y el huevo. Movemos y vamos añadiendo avena hasta conseguir una pasta, la dejamos reposar un poco (yo no le añado sal, puedes aliñarla como quieras)
  5. Ponemos en un cazo aceite a fuego lento (yo uso de oliva). Cortamos la calabaza a bastones y cuando el aceite esté caliente añadimos con un ajo y un poco de sal, dejamos unos 10 minutos y luego le damos fuego a tope durante 2 minutos
  6. Le damos forma a las hamburguesas y ponemos en la sartén y las hacemos
  7. Mientras tanto trituramos los champiñones
  8. Pasamos los tomates secos un poco por la sartén
  9. Emplatamos todo y listo para disfrutar un sábado noche viendo una peli
