- 350 gramos Harina
- 2 Cucharaditas Canela
- 1 Cucharadita Levadura
- 1 Cucharadita Bicarbonato
- 1/2 Cucharadita Sal
- 220 gramos Azúcar
- 100 gramos Azúcar Moreno
- 125 gramos Mantequilla
- 1 Huevo
- 300 gramos Calabaza Asada
- 1 Cucharada Esencia de Vainilla

- Empezamos mezclando los ingredientes secos en un bol: la harina, la levadura, el bicarbonato, la sal y la canela. Reservamos.
- Este es buen momento para encender el horno a 180°C y que se precaliente mientras seguimos con la receta😊
- Para seguir necesitaremos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. Para eso podemos sacarla la noche de antes de la nevera (si estáis ahora en Valencia como yo igual con 1 hora será suficiente😂) o podemos ir haciéndolablandita poco a poco con el microondas, removiéndola cada 10 segundos hasta que tenga la textura de una crema de manos espesa.
- En otro bol, mezclaremos los dos azúcares y la mantequilla con una espátula.
- A continuación añadiremos los ingredientes húmedos: el huevo, la calabaza y la esencia de vainilla. Y con un batidor manual lo integramos todo.
- Y finalmente añadiremos el bol de ingredientes secos, y removiendo con la espátula los integraremos.
- Repartimos la masa por la bandeja de horno en bolitas de aproximadamente 1 cucharada (separadas porque se expandirán un pelín en el horno). Yo lo hago con el boleador de helado pequeño, pero con dos cucharas se puede hacer también sin problema. Las hornearemos durante 15 minutos, con el horno ya precalentado a 180°C.
- Cuando estén listas las dejamos reposar 5 minutos en la bandeja, y después las pasamos a una rejilla para que se enfríen por completo.
